FACT: Fontes is correct and the law is on his side. The DOJ's push for unredacted state voter rolls has lost every single one of its district court cases nationwide (nearly 0-20 and climbing), including a dismissal with prejudice in Arizona by a Trump-appointed judge. Most of those losses came from Republican-appointed judges.
